Terms & Conditions

Plain-English marketplace terms for AllServicesDone users in Australia.

1. Marketplace role

AllServicesDone provides technology that helps customers and independent service providers find, communicate with and arrange services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AllServicesDone does not itself perform the booked service. Whether any working relationship is legally employment or contracting depends on the actual circumstances and applicable law, not the label used on the platform.

2. Accounts and verification

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and use your own account. Email, mobile, identity, business or payout verification may be required for particular features. You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications, licences, insurance, business details or credentials.

3. Listings, offers and services

Customers must describe requested work honestly. Providers are responsible for understanding the scope before quoting and for holding any licence, registration, permission, insurance, qualification or permit legally required for work they choose to perform. AllServicesDone does not guarantee that a provider holds a credential unless the platform specifically displays that a relevant check has been completed.

4. Prices and platform commission

The accepted or agreed job price is the total amount charged to the customer for the agreed job. The current platform commission is 10% of that amount and is deducted from the provider entitlement; it is not automatically added on top of the agreed price. For example, for an accepted A$300 job, the customer pays A$300, the platform commission is A$30 and the provider entitlement is A$270. Additional work should be agreed through the available variation or price-change process before it is treated as an additional charge.

5. Payments and payouts

Payments and payouts are processed using third-party payment infrastructure, including Stripe. Providers may need to complete Stripe onboarding before their offer can be accepted or earnings released. A provider entitlement becomes eligible for release only after the applicable payment, completion and dispute checks are satisfied. Bank arrival times, payment reversals, chargebacks and Stripe account restrictions can affect payout timing.

6. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Users should use the platform cancellation or dispute process where work cannot proceed or there is a disagreement. The current responsible-party cancellation charge is 3% of the agreed job price, capped at A$50, where the configured policy and cancellation reason make the charge applicable. Approved no-fault reasons may have no cancellation charge. Refunds, reductions and provider payments depend on payment status, work performed, the agreed scope, evidence and applicable law. Opening a dispute does not by itself decide who is responsible or guarantee a particular outcome.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. Where Australian Consumer Law applies, services must meet the guarantees that apply to those services.

8. Conduct and prohibited activity

You must not use AllServicesDone for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, discrimination, unsafe or prohibited services, privacy invasion, fake reviews, false credentials, payment manipulation, platform manipulation, or attempts to bypass marketplace safety or payment safeguards.

9. Reviews

Reviews must relate to genuine marketplace experiences. AllServicesDone may investigate or moderate content that is fraudulent, manipulated, abusive, irrelevant, misleading or inconsistent with marketplace rules.

10. Availability, third parties and liability

Technology and third-party services can occasionally be unavailable. AllServicesDone is responsible for its own obligations as marketplace operator, while users remain responsible for their own conduct, services and legal obligations. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

11. Support and changes

Questions or complaints can be sent to support@allservicesdone.com.au or through the Help Centre. These terms may be updated as the marketplace develops or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated appropriately before they apply.
