For regulated or higher-risk work, the platform should require the appropriate licences, qualifications, insurance or tickets before a worker can accept the job. For construction, for example, NSW requires a White Card for people carrying out construction work, including labourers. citeturn0search13
We will also keep a separate compliance flow for genuine labour-hire arrangements.
