👥 One identity
A user has one account/identity. Their allowed roles can include customer, service provider, business or worker without creating duplicate identities.
🔎 Structured search
Occupations, services, business types, work types and locations are stored as structured records. Typing b can return all relevant B results; typing br narrows them.
📍 Location
Jobs and profiles reference location IDs instead of relying on free-text suburb names. Production will use authoritative NSW locality data.
💰 Money trail
Original price, offers, final agreed price, commission, payout, payment, refunds and disputes are recorded separately for reconciliation and audit.
🔐 Privacy by design
Private mobile/email details stay separate from public profiles. Messaging is in-platform. Search results do not expose addresses or personal contact information.
